Review - Prepared by Cara Dee

My rating:

Although delayed by the pandemic, Darius and Gray are finally getting their big day. As family and friends descend on the couple to help them celebrate their wedding, there may be times the pair wish they were back battling the human trafficking thugs. The boys will get through it. They always do. This last book in the Auctioned series is a bit of an anti-climax, but it's not without a fair bit of drama.

Review - Finished by Cara Dee

My rating:

The operation to take out the mastermind of the human trafficking operation has gone sideways. Now, Gray is heading to the abandoned brothel, not knowing if Darius is alive or dead. Gray is sure the man who rescued him was the one he was going to spend the rest of his life with, so he has no idea what he'll do if Darius doesn't make it. It's time to put all his training to work.

Review - Played by Cara Dee

My rating:

Darius has settled into life with Gray and their two adopted boys in the forest cabin he built. It was not at all how he saw his life going, but he wouldn't trade it for anything. However, there's still some unfinished business for the two men: tracking down the mastermind of the human trafficking ring that kidnapped Gray. That will help give the young man the closure he needs.

Review - Deserted by Cara Dee

My rating:

Spoiler alert: If you haven't read the first two books of this series, this review of the third may disclose some of what has already happened. Gray made a promise to Jonah, one of the other young me who had fallen prey to the human sex trafficking ring. As Jonah lay dying from a gunshot on the island where the men were hiding, Gray vowed to find Jonah's little brother Jayden and ensure he was safe.

Review - Stranded by Cara Dee

My rating:

Kindly note: This story is a direct sequel to the first book of the series. As such, this review may contain spoilers regarding how the previous volume ended. You have been warned. Darius may have control of the slaver's yacht, but Gray and the rest of the young men aren't safe yet. The ship was also being used to transport drugs, and if the cartel gets wind of what happened, the men would be targeted by both the human traffickers and the drug gang.

Review - Auctioned by Cara Dee

My rating:

Gray is a college senior in a small town on the Washington coast. He's on his way home one evening when he's accosted by two men who drug him and bundle him into the trunk of their car. He spends what feels like months being shuttled from place to place, along with several other young me. They're treated like cattle, only occasionally being let out of cages to be hosed down and use a bathroom.
