Nearly two years have passed since Brian, ‘Goldilocks’, moved in with his three bears to set up an unusual, somewhat polyamorous, relationship with them. In this sequel to Goldilocks and His Three Bears, the strains of ‘Daddy’ Paul’s heavy travel schedule is showing on Brian, who is almost out of control, despite Momma Bear Jim’s best disciplinarian efforts. It doesn’t help that Jim’s own sub, baby bear Scott, is also out on the road.

In this sequel to Power Exchange, it’s been nearly two years since Detective Gavin DeGrassi and his Dom Ben were attacked and almost killed by a serial killer. Gavin is back at work as a police detective, but he’s far from over the post-traumatic stress of the attack. He can’t stand being touched, even by his lover Ben, let alone tied up and dominated, and everywhere he looks there are reminders of the event.
Review - Gilliflowers, Bonds of Affection, Memoirs of a Houseboy 2008

Spoiler alerts: If you haven’t read the earlier books in the series, then this review might give away some of what you’ll best discover for yourself. Also, there are strong hints at what happens in this book. It’s time for another year with my favorite sometimes-but-often-not submissive houseboy. This volume covers the year of 2008 and returns to the style of the first two books, with lots of little ‘diary’ entries alongside longer, detailed stories of particular episodes in the topsy-turvy world of Gillibran Brown, houseboy and young pup to two masters, Dick and Shane.
Review - Achilles and the Houseboy

This further adventure of my favorite houseboy in a domestic menage with two older Doms is actually an outtake from his previous book, More Fun With Dick and Shane. With fewer digressions that the first two books, this volume squarely tackles an issue only briefly touched on in previous books, and one of the most sensitive aspects of a menage relationship: jealously. After an hilarious introduction in which the reasoning - which only this author could conjure up - behind the title is explained, the book gets pretty serious.
Review - Pup

As Tackett Austin marks the passing of another year with a drink at his BDSM club, the Guards of Folsom, he begins to look back and question some of the choices he has made. Yes, he is well-to-do and has a successful career, and he has a well-earned reputation in the club as a good Dom, with subs lining up to serve him, but as he looks around at his friends, he sees other Doms with their own collared subs, happily living the lifestyle full time.

Review - The Hot Floor

Josh is a shy young man living in Bath. He was recently dumped by his boyfriend and now lives in a small apartment on the top floor of a run-down converted house. He likes his job as a glass blower, making traditional ornaments, but otherwise he has a rather empty life with few friends. As the story opens, Josh is crushing on his downstairs neighbors, Evan and Rai. The big strapping Evan from Manchester and geeky Japanese Rai make an unlikely couple.

Review - Warlock Masters

This review originally appeared at BDSM Book Reviews. “Warlock Masters” is a short anthology of just four stories, all by the same author. All but one of the tales is told in the first person by a warlock who recounts various sexual escapades. It is easy to see these almost as memories of various stages in the development of his powers. In the first three stories, the generally nameless narrator reveals himself to be a man who revels in a submissive role, although he can be quite aggressive in seeking out that role, and using his magical powers to ensnare men to dominate him.

That’s just where Brian, our Goldilocks, meets Paul, a big, tattooed biker man. Paul takes Brian home and thrills him no end. The two fall into a sort of casual relationship, but the truth is that Brian has fallen hard for Paul.
