Review - The Father by Jay L. North
My rating: 
Oliver was orphaned at a young age and raised by a disinterested aunt. He’s never really felt like he belonged. Then he joined a church where he met Clara and fell in love. The two decide to get married, but the church requires couples to undergo a two-week initiation course to ensure “compatibility” before getting married. Oliver is nervous, but not too worried. He’s had nothing but positive experiences with the church.
Review - When Harry Met Jason by Sean Michael
My rating:
Jason is celebrating his university graduation at a fraternity party. Only, someone has drugged the beer. When the police are called, officer Harry finds Jason too out of it to say where he lives. Rather than let the young man spend the night in the drunk tank, Harry makes the dubious decision to take Jason to his place to sleep it off. When Jason wakes up the next morning, badly hungover but clearheaded, he finds himself strongly attracted to Harry.

Review - Sweet Clematis by R. Cooper
My rating:
Clematis is just what everyone imagines a fairy to be. He is very beautiful, and if you catch his attention, Clematis will let you seduce him and make you feel very good, for a while. The fairy will move on before you get to know him too well. That’s what he fears most. Clematis can’t ever seem to do the right thing. Most of his circle of friends are mad at him for one reason or another.

Review - Human Omega: Married to the Barbarian Prince by Eileen Glass
My rating:
Carter and the warriors have successfully taken the mining ship used by the insect invaders. They can’t leave it where it is or the insects will eventually break through their defenses. Carter isn’t a pilot, but he has to figure out how to move the ship and teach his friends how to work everything else. More importantly, Carter needs some place safe for him to have the baby he’s expecting.
Review - The Infidelity Clause by Lisa Oliver
My rating:
With three older brothers, the king already has an heir and two spares, so getting married off to a foreign royal to create an alliance is the best Prince Caspian can hope for. Only, he didn’t consider that the foreign royal would be a man, even if Nikolas is a Crown Prince. Nikolas is aware of Caspian’s feckless womanizing reputation, but the benefits to his country from the marriage contract makes it a good deal, and he has ensured the agreement has all the standard clauses to get him out of the marriage if Caspian doesn’t live up to the terms, which Nikolas figures will take six months at most.

As a university researcher, Ezra is used to moving around, changing jobs, and moving to a new town when the grants end. He’s settling into yet another new rented house in another university town. At least the five college boys in the house next door are friendly. They invite Ezra over to watch a game. It seems innocent enough and at first the guys seem like the college jocks that Ezra expects.
Review - Junk by Josephine Myles
My rating:
Jasper needs help. He’s willing to admit that now. His compulsion to collect books, including ones he never plans to read, has turned his home into an unlivable space, with almost every room filled with stacks of books, some to the point of being inaccessible. Jasper calls in a team to help him figure out how to deal with his problem. Lewis and his sister have their own little business helping hoarders work out their issues and reclaim their living space.

Review - Strays by Garrett Leigh
My rating:
Lenny has a stalker, and the police don’t seem able to do anything about it. He moved from his flat, deleted his social media accounts and even changed jobs, but the man always finds him. He’s at his wits’ end after another encounter when Cass finds him. The co-owner of Urban Soul offers Lenny a place to stay with Nero, and he can hide out in the kitchen working with the chain’s master chef.

As a superhero, Spotlight isn’t much more than a marketing gimmick for the corporation he works for, but he has his pick of men to spend the night with whenever he feels like it, which is often. Gavin is a scientist working for the Crusaders, the world’s top-tier superheroes. He knows Spotlight only by reputation, and what he hears makes him take an instant dislike to the man. When some mysterious force prevents everyone in the world from getting aroused, Gavin and Spotlight are thrown together to try to solve the problem.
